Just a reminder for  first time home buyers looking to purchase in KING COUNTY…you will want to be closed BY WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 24th as a precautionary measure to ensure that they get the benefit of the $8,000 tax credit which is currently only good with fundings/closings through 11/30/09.
